I went in for a silk press with a treatment. This was my first visit with the Beauty Lounge. My stylist was Saba, she was professional, hospitable, and very fun. Saba did an amazing job and I also love the whole professionalism about the shop from the time I entered til the time I left. Definitely will be returning. The prices are amazing as well. Great job all around Beauty Lounge the whole staff is amazing.

3 times this location has called me the evening before my appointment to tell me my appointment is canceled and I need to re book. When you go to book again the next available appointment is 2 months from now. I get it stuff happens but 3 times coincidentally the employee is sick right before my appointment? That is ridiculous and hard to believe- just tell me straight up we are overbooked and re schedule my appointment within the week. I’ll be going to a different petsmart location to get my dogs haircut from now on hoping they don’t do the same thing. Ps if you look at the previous lowest rated review it will tell you that this is common at this location.

My second visit was even better then the first and I'm booked again in 3 weeks. I've honestly never visited the same spa more then once but Spa Reveil and Brittany have earned my business! Staff is very friendly and accommodation and Brittany is the best massage therapist I've been to. She really takes the time to understand what is happening with your body and adjusts her treatment to benefit you the most, plus gives great advise to use outside the spa in the continued effort to bring relief to troubled areas.

I am a member at this impressive club and I just love it. It's really a great place to go for a serious workout or to just have a fun game of squash with friends. You can tell the management really care about their members and they sure do take great care of the facility. Everything is well thought out. It is clean, spotless and in great condition and there is an abundance of great equipment. Keep up the great work!

I do not usually write reviews but I felt like I need to due to the worst customer service. Especially the small height asian lady has no sense how to serve the customer. Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Dragged the parcel and left it between the counter door then push the parcel outside with the door. She should not be serving costumers. Very poor and disappointing feedback, but it is the reality! I hope Australian post take action soon.

Horrible and rude owner! I gave my honest opinion and he provided very rude comment. Your staff told me because of fire alarm they didn't get call, you told you don't have electricity. This is contradictory, please train your staff and teach them how to lie properly. If it is skip delivery is responsible then why you called me and told me to tell them to send someone for pickup. Learn basics of talking behaviors with customer and teach your staff how to lie properly. It is so horrible when people have difficulty in this type of weather and while they are donating food but restaurant is coming with this type of response. We don't want your food and we can buy from somewhere else. Keep it up your rude behavior in your home and close your restaurant.

I had brunch with a friend there as a celebratory one for a professional achievement. The attendants were very friendly and attentive. They had a live band playing while we were there. It’s a pricey location but worth it if you are celebrating or just want a fancy place to eat and have classy drinks. They were so kind to give us two cute macrons as a celebratory acknowledgement. I appreciated the thought.

Was a great experience watching the Stormers play against the Sharks at Newlands Stadium. I believe for safety reasons you not allowed to take in anything consumable of your own. Even if it's a bottle or container of water or small snack. Consumables inside are overpriced. A donut costs R15 for one and the donut ain't big at all. But we enjoyed the live game none the less. Side-front seats are the best compared to sitting at the horizontal ends of the stadium. Possibly being able to receive the ball as it drops into the stands. Obviously a lot of Stormers fans since its the Western Cape rugby team. And it was their home ground. So fun was had! Arrive early to find parking nearby. Or if you don't mind walking too far, you could park in stadium on mains covered parking or Cavendish Square. We paid R50 for one of the parking zones right outside the stadium. And few food stalls were found enroute to the entrance. The first line of security were willing to assist in finding our entrance towards our seats. And there's security right before the seats and markings to help you find your seats.

They are extremely professional, efficient and will give you all the facts you need to know. The entire team is very helpful and their services are very reasonably priced. Tried fish n chips. Main was dory n calamari. They was fresh but fish n. Hips was oily. Blue lagoon n the creamy soup was yummy. They add services charges n VAT to the bill and they informed us before ordering.

They took their time they were understanding and they were able to get everything resolved. Maria and her team was awesome. It’s was my first accident and lawsuit and even tho the process was a little long for a return it was worth it... Thank you for making this experience pleasant.

Das billigste programm für die Waschanlage kostete 9,50€ wenn ich mich recht erinnere. Bin dann ca. 45 min angestanden, und dann war das auto nicht mal ansatzweise sauber, für so'n haufen geld, und zudem ist der Gestank vor der waschanlage, am bedienautomaten wo man wahrend der reinigung warten muss, absolut unerträglich. Definitiv die schlechteste und teuerste waschanlage in der ich bisher war. Und die stinkendste. Ein mal und nie wieder.

The “don’t care” attitude was well executed here. Everyone seems to be stuck on turtle speed. Additionally, indoor amenities for dining in customers were of course not replenished. Therefore it is advised to bring your own ketchup and soft drinks.

Can’t rate these guys enough. After Toyota replaced my front brake pads and terrible noise developed. Toyota said the discs needed to be replaced - for an insane amount. Bosch quoted half the price. Better still when I took the vehicle to Bosch, JP quickly find the problem… the clips were missing and no need to replace the discs! True professionals. Overall service from the entire team is exceptional. Toyota Halfway could learn a thing or two from them!

Efficient and competent service for a deep laceration to my finger. Assessed/triaged by Nurse Bec, wound reviewed by Dr Andrew and treatment plan discussed with me. Decided to use Steri strips after cleaning and disinfecting the wound. Neat job by Nurse Bec. Urgent Care initiative worked very well and saved me waiting in line for hours in Emergency. Overall, very impressed with the Barwell Ave Castle Hil Medical Centre.
